I just got back last month from a truly incredible trip to Banff. My buddy Mike and I flew into Calgary, then took the Airporter bus from the Calgary Airport into Banff, where we bought the last things we needed (one more park pass, bear spray, and fuel cells for the stove), and then we headed up into the backcountry. Accompanied by my brother-in-law (a bona fide Kiwi), I hiked this ~70 mile (113 km) route over 6 days and 5 nights in March 2017.
